Buyers are required to submit a complete Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO), accompanied by a company registration certificate, CIS (Company Information Sheet), passport copy, and banking details, all sent from a verified corporate email domain. Communications outside official corporate channels are not entertained to maintain transaction integrity.
